WELLNESS BEGINS INSIDE
I am Jana, a Clinical Nutritionist, Herbalist, board certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Holistic Private Chef, E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Shamanic healer, plant nerd, lover of trails, books, travel, animals, Gaia and the connection. I am passionate about syncing up with nature's rhythms and aligning with our highest possible expression of humanity both individually and collectively.
I believe everyone has the capacity within themselves for healing, great joy and deep wisdom. Love, joy and peace are our birthright. For us to meet our potential we often need to insight, guidance and reflection from others. In community we can learn, heal and grow together. I have and still do benefit from the wisdom and guidance of many teachers and healers of different modalities. I seek to hold a healing space for the body/mind/soul to unfurl and express it’s inner beauty through Alignment based Ayurvedic Medicine, Holistic Nutrition, Vinyasa Yoga, Integrative Massage Therapy and Reiki. I specialize in digestive disorders, prenatal and postpartum nutrition, hormonal balancing, auto-immune disorders, trauma and addiction recovery, cross training for athletes and helping people reconnect with their truth and inner power.
