WELLNESS BEGINS INSIDE

HOLISTIC PRACTICE

PHILOSOPHY

WELCOME

I am Jana, a Clinical Nutritionist, Herbalist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Holistic Private Chef, E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, plant nerd, lover of trails, books, travel, animals, Gaia and the wilds. I am passionate about syncing up with nature's rhythms and aligning with our highest possible expression of humanity both individually and collectively.

I believe everyone has the capacity within themselves for healing, great joy and deep wisdom. Love, joy and peace are our birthright. For us to meet our potential, it often takes the help of others who have tapped into this power in themselves. In community we can learn, heal and grow together. I seek to hold a healing space for the soul to unfurl and express it’s inner beauty through Alignment based Vinyasa Yoga, Integrative Massage Therapy, Ayurvedic Medicine, Holistic Nutrition and Reiki. I specialize in Yoga Therapy, Cross Training for Athletes, Detoxification, Recovery from Addictions and Empowering Women to awaken their inner truth and connection to Nature.

" Love all that you see with Humility
Live all that you feel with Reverence
Know all that you possess with the heart of discipline.
  With Love...With Love...With Love..."

~Hale Makua, Hawaiian Elder
