Ayurveda is a holistic and time tested approach to understanding our health. In this health assessment we will look at your health history, current state of health and goals. Using a thorough inventory, tongue, pulse and facial diagnostics we will discover your unique mental, physical and emotional constitution. Based on this you will receive guides for best diet, practices and lifestyle for your personal health. Once you sign up we will set a time for Zoom consultation.
